Our Story
We built znxz to solve a single, persistent problem in the Ghanaian market: Trust.
Buying a phone at Circle, finding a mechanic in Kumasi, or renting an apartment in East Legon shouldn't feel like a gamble. Traditional marketplaces are often flooded with unverified users and safety risks. We created znxz to bring accountability to online trading by verifying the identity of our sellers and creating a secure environment for communication.
Verified Identity
We don't just take email addresses. Our "Verified Sellers" have submitted Government IDs and live selfies, vetted by our team.
Products & Services
znxz is a hybrid platform. Sell your old iPhone or list your plumbing services. We handle both with dedicated tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the znxz marketplace ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms comply with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
2. Marketplace Disclaimer (Liability)
znxz is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or inspect the items listed.
- znxz is not liable for any loss of money or goods resulting from transactions initiated on our platform.
- All transactions and meetups are at the user's own risk.
- We do not offer refunds for items bought from third-party sellers.
3. Safety Rules (Strictly Enforced)
- No Pre-payment: Never send Mobile Money (Momo) or bank transfers before physically seeing and inspecting the item.
- Public Locations: All meetups must occur in safe, public locations (e.g., Malls, Police Stations, Fuel Stations).
- Inspection: Ensure the item works as described before handing over cash.
4. Prohibited Items
Posting the following will result in an immediate permanent ban:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or prescription medication.
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition.
- Stolen goods or counterfeit items/currency.
- Adult content or services.
- Ponzi schemes or "get rich quick" listings.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and process data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
1. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Name, Email, Phone Number, Profile Photo.
- Verification Data: Government ID (Ghana Card/Passport) and live Selfies.
- Usage Data: Chat history, listing data, and location (Region/City).
2. How We Use Your Data
- To facilitate communication between buyers and sellers.
- Identity Verification: Your ID and Selfie are strictly used to verify your identity. They are stored securely and are never shared with other users or third-party advertisers.
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety.
3. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Please contact privacy@znxz.shop to request account deletion. Note that we may retain transaction records for fraud prevention purposes.
